About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at By All Means Brewery & Uberbrew. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering new client relationships, and maintaining existing accounts within the craft beer industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Meet monthly sales expectations and identify potential sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Client Relationships: Foster new client relationships and maintain existing accounts through daily account visits, digital communication, and account growth.
  • Sales Order Processing: Process sales orders and coordinate delivery to ensure timely and efficient service to clients.
  • Beer Sampling and Tasting Events: Organize and participate in beer sampling and tasting events to promote and generate sales.
  • Account Service Merchandising: Provide account service merchandising and product promotion to enhance client relationships and drive sales.
  • Wait-Staff Education: Conduct wait-staff education, beer tastings, and beer-pairing dinners to promote and sell craft beer products.
  • Account Management Software: Utilize account management software and data population to track sales, client relationships, and business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend weekly meetings and actively communicate with our team to ensure seamless business operations.
Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of the hospitality network and industry, including strong beverage knowledge.
  • Sales Experience: Strong sales experience and network management skills, with excellent customer support, time management, and computer skills.
  • Enthusiasm and Motivation: Enthusiasm and the ability to motivate and excite customers about craft beer products.
  • Organization and Consistency: Strong organization and consistency skills to manage multiple client relationships and sales responsibilities.
  • Problem-Solving and Team Mentality: Problem-solving and team mentality skills to work collaboratively with our team and resolve any business challenges.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: Base salary starts at $50,000 with additional incentives after 6 months or sales performance is achieved.
  • Projected Salary: Projected salary with incentive and sales goals achieved $56,000 to $65,000.
  • Company Vehicle: Company vehicle for daily operations or mileage reimbursement.
  • PTO: Paid time off for relaxation and rejuvenation.
