Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at our Bloomsburg, PA facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse operators, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and quality control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the site supply chain manager and other teams as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and warehouse systems, processes, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
