Lead Software Engineer

Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Lead Software Engineer to assist in the design and implementation of features for Central Manager. Central Manager provides the most comprehensive solution for security and traffic management across on-premises and multi-cloud environments. This role offers technical opportunities that can significantly influence how our clients manage highly secure and efficient applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical resource for our Systems team.
- Engage in technical design alongside design specifications.
- Develop high-quality code, create end-to-end test cases, and automate them within pipelines.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player and mentor junior team members.
- Champion quality throughout the development process.
- Proficient understanding of microservices architecture and deployment.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Kubernetes-based systems.
- Extensive coding experience in languages such as Golang, React JS, Python, and Bash.
- Incorporate customer feedback into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Solid knowledge and experience with networking and web technologies.
- Experience working extensively on management planes.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in Agile methodologies and environments.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
