Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Lead Software Engineer to assist in the design and implementation of features for Central Manager. Central Manager provides the most comprehensive solution for security and traffic management across on-premises and multi-cloud environments. This role offers technical opportunities that can significantly influence how our clients manage highly secure and efficient applications.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical resource for our Systems team.
  • Engage in technical design alongside design specifications.
  • Develop high-quality code, create end-to-end test cases, and automate them within pipelines.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player and mentor junior team members.
  • Champion quality throughout the development process.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficient understanding of microservices architecture and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Kubernetes-based systems.
  • Extensive coding experience in languages such as Golang, React JS, Python, and Bash.
  • Incorporate customer feedback into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Solid knowledge and experience with networking and web technologies.
  • Experience working extensively on management planes.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in Agile methodologies and environments.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
