Role Summary:
The Patient Registration Representative serves as the primary contact for patients preparing for elective medical procedures. This role is essential in addressing patient inquiries and facilitating a smooth registration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and confirming patient demographics and insurance information for scheduled procedures.
  • Coordinating patient appointments using the Cadence system.
  • Managing endoscopy and colonoscopy schedules, including case creation in Optesia.
  • Overseeing pain management appointment schedules as necessary.
  • Registering patients for pre-surgical evaluations.
  • Processing cash transactions.
  • Performing document scanning tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Proficient typing skills ranging from 40 to 60 words per minute.
  • Ability to perform alpha-numeric data entry at a rate of 5000 keystrokes per hour.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is USD $26.67 per hour. This figure represents a good faith estimate and actual compensation may vary based on individual qualifications, skills, and experience. Additional forms of compensation, including bonuses or benefits, are not included in this estimate.
