About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to lead the vision and execution of our enterprise products at Metropolis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a remarkable, differentiated product experience that sets us apart in the industry.

Our goal is to build an ecosystem of technologies that seamlessly connect the online and offline worlds. We are looking for a talented designer who can think big, problem solve, and explore divergent concepts while understanding how to converge and build iteratively towards their vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design within an ecosystem of enterprise products that provide data, insights, and tools for our real estate partners.
  • Develop high-quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and cross-platform interactive prototypes.
  • Advocate for design by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally, while being able to precisely articulate design rationale.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering Teams to create a unified, end-to-end experience.
  • Contribute to a cohesive customer journey through close collaboration with Brand Design, Marketing, and Sales.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product design.
  • Experience designing on multiple platforms (e.g., iOS, Android, Mobile Web, Desktop).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient with design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Highly proficient with interactive prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Principle, Origami, Invision Studio).
  • Proven track record with building complete design systems.
  • Excellence in design craft.
  • Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
About Metropolis

The anticipated base salary for this position is $120,000.00 to $160,000.00 annually. The actual base pay offered is determined by a number of variables, including the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment.
