About the Role

Aquinas College seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and Financial Aid. This key leadership position will provide strategic direction and oversight for the college's enrollment management and financial aid operations, with a focus on adult and graduate programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for enrollment management and financial aid operations, including budget development and management.
  • Oversee the integration of the CRM (Slate) into undergraduate financial aid and graduate recruitment processes.
  • Lead the financial aid team and develop strategies to increase net tuition revenue and reduce the discount rate.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive annual recruitment plans for non-traditional and graduate students.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Enrollment Management to create innovative enrollment strategies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with college policies and procedures in areas of responsibility.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze enrollment trends and develop strategies to address opportunities in target areas.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in enrollment and financial aid, with experience in graduate and non-traditional programs preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing and communications principles, as well as net tuition revenue, predictive modeling, and adult education.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Commitment to the college's mission and values.
