HRM Services is an Affordable Housing Management Company with a portfolio of over fifty properties throughout Missouri. We are seeking a skilled and organized Corporate Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits and PTO. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting. Key responsibilities include providing financial support to the Property Accounting Department and Corporate Accounting Department, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data. Requirements for this role include strong analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and QuickBooks experience. An estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is interested in working with financial data. As a Corporate Financial Analyst, you will provide financial support to the Property Accounting Department and Corporate Accounting Department while adhering to departmental procedures. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and identifying areas for cost savings.
