Job Summary

The Corporate Finance Director will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's debt strategy, managing all aspects of the debt portfolio, and liaising with lenders and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's debt strategy to maximize returns on investment.
  • Manage all debt agreements, including pre-close negotiations, loan servicing, and post-close compliance.
  • Liaise with lenders, financial institutions, and investment partners to ensure timely and favorable financing terms.
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of debt agreements, equity positions, and financial obligations.
  • Stay up-to-date on financial regulations, market trends, and economic conditions that may impact the debt strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • 10+ years' experience in a finance role with significant exposure to debt management, treasury functions, or related areas.
  • Experience as a credit analyst or commercial lender is a plus.
  • At least 5 years in a management position preferred.
  • Deep understanding of debt financing, financial markets, and economic trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with finance-related software and databases.
  • Discretion and confidentiality given the sensitive nature of the role.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience. The Premiere Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
