**Job Summary:**
As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. This includes assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.

**Responsibilities:**
* Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Monitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
* Report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
* Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

**Requirements:**
* Current licensure as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift and move residents as needed

**Note:**
Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times. Agency staff must complete their primary series of COVID vaccination in order to be considered for any assignment. State specific mandated boosters are required and must be completed when eligible. Once the assignment has started, agency staff must follow the normal testing protocol of each particular center.
