Job Overview

At DENSO TEN AMERICA Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Internal Control/Audit (ICA) team as an Audit Administrator. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience working alongside senior auditors on a variety of ICA projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and executing audit procedures to ensure accuracy and adherence to professional auditing standards.
  • Perform analytical testing on financial and internal operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain audit working papers to document findings and recommendations.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the organization's finances and operational procedures, including the accuracy of systems.
  • Make recommendations for changes in business unit systems and controls to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze financial and operational reports under the guidance of senior auditors.
  • Help prepare audit reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Japanese and English language fluency (reading, writing, speaking) to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy to ensure the quality of audit work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to analyze and present data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior auditors and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or actively pursuing).
  • Automotive or manufacturing industry experience to understand the complexities of the industry.
  • Previous J-SOX or internal audit/ISO experience to apply knowledge and skills in a real-world setting.
  • Compliance and Risk analysis experience to identify and mitigate potential risks.
