We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team at Weichert. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide personalized service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries, showing properties, and negotiating transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other agents, brokers, and staff to achieve sales goals and support the growth of the business.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; real estate license preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems, social media, and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
