Source Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a leading national consumer goods organization to find a qualified Bilingual Merchandise Promotion Specialist for their upper Midwest territory.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and sustaining marketing initiatives targeted at Hispanic Retail Grocery outlets in the area, alongside fostering and enhancing business partnerships.

This role provides a dynamic and varied work environment with some opportunities for remote engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and advocate for various consumer goods to selected Retail Grocery Stores & Grocery Wholesalers.
  • Organize marketing outreach to drive growth & profitability for the organization.
  • Formulate a marketing plan to attract new business within the Hispanic demographic.
  • Support product store resets, enhancements, and planogram implementations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients and the organization.
  • Conduct competitive market research on products and pricing methodologies.
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing consumer goods to Retail Grocery Stores & Grocery Wholesalers.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English.
  • Direct experience in marketing products aimed at Hispanic consumers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to manage retail grocery and wholesale grocery accounts effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at spreadsheet management.
  • Valid driver's license for regional travel.
  • Authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
