Talent Pal is seeking a skilled Reservations Agent to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless room reservations for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify guest information and payment details to confirm reservations and ensure a secure experience.
  • Offer personalized assistance and recommendations to guests based on their preferences and needs.
  • Promote special offers, packages, and discounts to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and room types to provide expert advice to guests.
  • Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure accurate room inventory management and optimize guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with group reservations and bookings as needed, ensuring seamless execution and excellent service.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions, representing Talent Pal's values and mission.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve reservation skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
