Maintenance personnel are responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality of the hotel, its facilities, and surrounding grounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Engages with guests and team members in a welcoming, service-focused manner.
- Adheres to company, hotel, and brand protocols that promote a safe and efficient hotel environment.
- Restores and maintains furniture and fixtures in guest accommodations, including cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows, and counters.
- Applies paint, stains, and finishes to furniture and fixtures throughout the hotel.
- Keeps the front entrance area well-maintained, ensuring the parking lot and street entrance are tidy and free from debris.
- Follows established procedures to secure inventory and maintain adequate levels of company assets such as tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Documents all lost and found items in accordance with established protocols.
- Reports any unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to the General Manager.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours daily and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be capable of following verbal instructions and completing assigned tasks punctually.

Compensation: $20.50 per hour
