Tenet-AZ Region is seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team in Goodyear, Arizona.
Responsibilities- Assist physicians with advanced tasks or equipment during surgical procedures.
- Apply good interpersonal and communication skills to achieve organizational service goals of customer satisfaction and a positive work environment.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Prepare for surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary supplies and instruments are available.
- Document surgical procedures in the patient record and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in OR turnover between cases and assist with stocking, replenishing supplies, and cleaning operating rooms.
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- One year of operating room experience in the acute care setting.
- Preferred experience: 1 year in Level 1 trauma OR setting.
- Sign-On bonus.
