Role Summary: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Technician to enhance our operational team. This position entails various responsibilities, including outdoor maintenance tasks and ensuring the organization and cleanliness of our indoor warehouse. The ideal candidate will maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients while adhering to confidentiality and privacy standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outdoor maintenance duties, including waste collection and landscaping upkeep.
- Manage indoor warehouse operations, ensuring cleanliness, receiving and dispatching packages, and maintaining inventory supplies.
- Foster respectful relationships with team members and clients.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Report any policy-related issues to supervisors promptly.
- Safeguard the privacy of all staff and client information in compliance with relevant laws and organizational policies.
- Access protected health information (PHI) only as necessary for job functions and share it responsibly.
- Communicate any concerns regarding privacy policies to supervisors without fear of retaliation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements as outlined in applicable regulations.
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional interaction skills with staff and clients.
- Capability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of addiction treatment preferred.
- Competency in problem-solving, stress management, and teamwork.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities.
