Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and direction as needed.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and applications to prospects, highlighting the value proposition of our vehicles.
- Describe all available options and upgrades, ensuring customers are fully informed and satisfied with their purchase.
- Build strong rapport with customers, establishing trust and credibility through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Perform high-quality presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
Requirements:
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
- Enthusiastic and high-energy individual who can maintain a positive attitude throughout the sales workday.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license with no suspensions or major violations in the last five years.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
