  • Build strong rapport with customers, establishing trust and credibility through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Perform high-quality presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles, showcasing their features and benefits.
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
  • Enthusiastic and high-energy individual who can maintain a positive attitude throughout the sales workday.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Must have a clean and valid driver's license with no suspensions or major violations in the last five years.
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
