Data Compliance Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Compliance Specialist to join our team at Veterans Sourcing Group, LLC.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Surveillance Analyst to work with us on a 6-month contract with possible extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and investment banking industry or legal industry, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Review: Utilize surveillance systems to review communications for content, appropriateness, regulatory compliance, and misuse of confidential information.
- Risk Identification: Identify, document, and resolve potential regulatory or compliance issues.
- Liaison and Follow-up: Liaise with business management, compliance, and legal to assess risks and follow up on issues identified during review of communications.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 1-4 years experience in corporate and investment banking industry or legal industry
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, sound judgment, and ability to exercise discretion.
- Desired Skills: Familiarity with corporate and investment banking industry, prior experience with email surveillance, including Global Relay surveillance system.
