Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all stages of the loan process in line with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, loan officers, title companies, attorneys, and insurance providers to compile and prepare all necessary documentation for underwriting.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of loans in accordance with our operational guidelines.
  • Guide clients in choosing loan options that align with their financial objectives and requirements.
  • Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, banking professionals, builders, and the broader community to foster ongoing business development.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in banking, business, real estate, or a related discipline is essential.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending is required.
  • Proficiency in various loan types, including conventional, fixed/adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA, FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities are necessary.
  • Adherence to lending regulations, underwriting standards, and lending policies is mandatory.
