Job Summary

At Inspira Health Network, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care through the nursing process. This includes meeting the needs of patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams through communication, coordination, and evaluation. You will also be expected to comply with all policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice, and regulatory bodies

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of New Jersey
• BSN required
• Medical Surgical nursing experience preferred
• One-year clinical experience in specialty area required for per diem positions, two years preferred
• Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law
• American Heart Association BLS required
• American Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hire
• Critical Care Course required within 6 months of hire
• Dysrhythmia course required within 3 months of hire
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred
