Job Overview

Inspira Health Network is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

* Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process
* Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation
* Comply with all policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice and regulatory bodies

Education and Experience:

* Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of New Jersey as required by law
* Must be enrolled within six months of hire or rehire in a CCNE or NLNAC accredited BSN or MSN program (or foreign equivalent) with a graduation date that falls on or before the employee's third employment anniversary date into a nursing position
* BSN or MSN graduates preferred

Certifications/Licensure:

* Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law
* American Heart Association BLS required
* American Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hire
* Dysrhythmia course required within 3 months of hire
* National Certification in area of specialty preferred
