This is an exciting opportunity to join The Spoke & Bird - All Locations, an expanding restaurant group with multiple locations in Chicagoland. As a Senior Service Leader, you'll be responsible for training, developing, and managing the Front-of-House team.

Key duties include:

  • Setting, developing, and maintaining exceptional levels of hospitality
  • Motivating and mentoring staff's knowledge and development
  • Inspiring and delighting our guests while providing upbeat, personal customer service
  • Complying with all safety, health, and beverage regulations to protect against legal liability
  • Ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of the cafe and equipment meets high standards

Our ideal candidate has excellent leadership skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, and a commitment to upholding our values.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
