Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational Leadership: Collaborate with the Executive Director to shape the executive leadership team, foster a cohesive decision-making environment, and develop strategies to measure performance.
  • People and Culture: Provide strategic guidance on HR infrastructure, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
  • Operations: Help create business models, oversee execution of strategic plans, and address operational inefficiencies to ensure systems function correctly.

This position requires up to 25% travel and is based in either Chicago or Washington, D.C. The annual salary range for this role is $185,000 - $285,000, commensurate with experience.
