Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hospital standards and protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist.
  • Experience with robotic surgery and DaVinci Xi Surgical System.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Environment

MedStar Georgetown University Hospital is a short-term acute care hospital with 402 staffed beds. We are a teaching hospital with a strong focus on education and research. Our facility features 31 rooms and an average daily census of 60 cases per day.
