Universal Banking Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at TrustBank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and promoting bank products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage cash transactions, including opening and closing the bank, balancing cash and vault cash, and processing night drop deposits.
- Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently, including running transactions and approving checks within limits.
- Assist customers in opening new accounts, obtaining credit reports, and determining product suitability.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to customers, promoting TrustBank's values and service standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including attending bank meetings and educational seminars, maintaining over and short reports, and shipping and ordering currency and coin.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school education and the ability to master on-the-job training requirements.
- Experience in sales, relationship management, and cross-selling skills.
- Proactive thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Cash handling skills and the ability to perform detailed work with accuracy.
- Technical skills, including the ability to use a computer for data entry, word processing, and MSOffice.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a minimum of two Saturdays a month. The position requires standing, walking, and using hands and arms to perform tasks, as well as the ability to lift 25 pounds. The noise level in the environment is usually moderate.
