Universal Banking Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at TrustBank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and promoting bank products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage cash transactions, including opening and closing the bank, balancing cash and vault cash, and processing night drop deposits.
- Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently, including running transactions, approving checks, and issuing and redeeming certificates of deposit.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, cross-selling bank products and services, and providing general internal support.
- Stay up-to-date with compliance guidelines and regulations, ensuring that all transactions and activities are conducted in accordance with TrustBank's policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school education and be able to master on-the-job training requirements. Prior retail banking experience is desired, but not necessary. You will also need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Working ConditionsThis is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a range of hours between 8 AM and 5 PM, Fridays until 6 PM, and a minimum of two Saturdays a month. You will be required to stand, walk, use hands, and feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands, arms, and talk or hear. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
