About the Role

Ardmore Roderick is a leading civil engineering firm providing infrastructure design, construction services, and program management to various agencies. As a Senior Project Scheduler, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining integrated Master Program Schedules for Capital Improvement Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with various teams to develop detailed integrated Master Program Schedules
  • Monitor project performance and create and maintain resource-loaded schedules
  • Participate in developing and maintaining time-phased budgets, work schedules, and project codes
  • Support contract processing and new project setup
  • Understand and manage Baseline, Working, and Forecast schedules
  • Interface with project teams, financial staff, and technical staff on scheduling, cost estimating, risk, and earned value analysis
  • Monitor status of Project Schedules and ensure information is accurate across city systems
  • Review progress updates to EAM and update P6 schedule accordingly
  • Develop project resource needs aligned with resource needs identified in the Basis of Estimates
  • Maintain configuration management on project documents, including schedules, change control, management plans, and work authorization documents
  • Perform variance analysis, baseline changes, and corrective actions
  • Review Contract Time Extensions and maintain changes in the system
  • Develop presentations on project schedules, resources, and project performance
  • Identify problems, draw valid conclusions, and develop effective solutions to project-related issues
  • Support project team in developing, implementing, and maintaining project controls systems
  • Gather, validate, and analyze project monthly performance data
  • Process Estimate to Complete (ETC) updates
  • Develop, review, and update supporting project documentation
  • Maintain resource loading in P6 for timesheet system
  • Generate resource projection curves and cost forecasts based on resource-loaded schedules

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in scheduling or as a project controls specialist
  • Experience in renovation of major components within the airport terminal, such as baggage handling, pedestrian tunnel, perimeter roadway, and ticket counters
  • Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 version 18 web and client
