Body Fit Plus Inc is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at a correctional facility in Coalinga, California. As a key member of our mental health team, you will provide psychological services to inmates, conduct initial mental health evaluations, and develop treatment plans to address their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Psychological Services: Conduct face-to-face interviews, group psychotherapy, and crisis intervention to assess inmates' current needs and make treatment recommendations.
- Conduct Initial Mental Health Evaluations: Assess inmates' criminal, psychological, and substance abuse case history to identify their current needs and develop treatment plans.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the standard of practice and address inmates' specific needs.
- Collaborate with Treatment Teams: Work effectively with staff from all classifications to enhance the quality of professional working relationships and provide comprehensive care to inmates.
- Document Care Provided: Document all care provided to inmates, including face-to-face contacts and Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (IOTT) meetings.
- Monitor Inmate Progress: Use Subjective Assessment Plan Evaluation (SOAPE) FORMATTED PROGRESS NOTES to monitor inmate progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Experience: Twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years rendering direct patient care in public or private institution.
- License: Valid California Psychologist license.
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association.
- Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology.
- Health Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance plan.
- Quarterly Bonus: Quarterly bonus for meeting performance goals.
- 40hrs Paid Sick Time: 40 hours of paid sick time per year.
- Payroll - Weekly Direct Deposit: Weekly direct deposit of paychecks.
- Paid Pre-Employment Testing: Paid pre-employment testing and evaluation.
