Trauma-Informed Therapist

We are looking for a Trauma-Informed Therapist to provide exceptional care to traumatized children at ROBINS HOUSE LLC. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to establish trust with clients. This role involves completing diagnostic assessments, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals. A valid Ohio license is required, as well as experience in mental health counseling or related fields. Familiarity with community resources and strong leadership qualities are also necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- A valid Ohio license (PC, PCC, LSW, LISW).
- Experience in trauma-informed care and/or mental health counseling.
- Familiarity with community mental health resources.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Compensation:$70,000 - $90,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
