Job Overview

Premier Health's Level 1 Trauma Center is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with Physical Therapists to provide direct patient care, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication, we strive to deliver exceptional patient care and experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide supportive care to patients, promoting optimal recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in conjunction with Physical Therapists.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes, adhering to departmental standards.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication among team members.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
  • Valid licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Ohio.
  • Current BLS certification at the Professional Rescuer level.
