Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at South Range Crossings, a 204-unit apartment community in Parker, CO. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property, including maintaining stable occupancy and meeting budgeted financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
  • Establish positive relationships within the community
  • Be on-call as scheduled by management

Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous property management experience preferred
  • Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
  • Yardi software experience preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
