We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team at Next GenHealth Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and administrative management of the nursing unit on a 24-hour basis.

About the Role:
This role is perfect for an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership and patient care. You will work closely with our medical staff and ancillary departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to establish effective relationships with colleagues and patients alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop department staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize departmental performance.
  • Collect and analyze statistical data to inform administrative decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure timely and efficient care.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Three years of recent clinical experience; two years of leadership/managerial experience preferred.
  • Tennessee State registered nurse license required and must be maintained.


Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year
