Job Description

This Clinical Program Manager position at the Helen Ross McNabb Center involves providing leadership and oversight to our clinical staff. With a Master's degree in Human Services or a related field, you will have the necessary expertise to manage programs, develop policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.

You will also provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, or family psychotherapy, and conduct psycho-social assessments. Your ability to work effectively with clients, collaborating agencies, and community professionals is crucial in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal, written, and computer skills, as well as reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with an F endorsement. Your knowledge of etiology and treatment of mental illness, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, human development, and cultural diversity will be essential in providing quality care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. The Helen Ross McNabb Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
