Enterprise Security Architect

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Security Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing security systems within our networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement security systems to protect our company's assets
  • Oversee all system security and ensure compliance with organizational requirements
  • Prepare security standards, policies, and procedures
  • Mentor team members and enhance security team accomplishments
  • Determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements
  • Plan security systems by evaluating network and security technologies
  • Implement security systems by specifying intrusion detection methodologies and equipment
  • Verify security systems by developing and implementing test scripts
  • Maintain security by monitoring and ensuring compliance to standards, policies, and procedures
  • Upgrade security systems by monitoring security environment and identifying security gaps
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Enterprise IT security
  • Extensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management
  • Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security
  • Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions
  • Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen and a commercial outlook
