About the Job

This role is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operations in the yard. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tractor/trailer operations and be able to effectively communicate with team members.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the movement of tractor/trailers and other large equipment in the yard.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards.
  • Work closely with dock workers to ensure smooth loading and unloading operations.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid CDL and acceptable MVR.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
