Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Dassault Falcon Jet Corp.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary

This Parts Coordinator Specialist will be responsible for coordinating support for internal business unit performance by following up on cost reduction plans, checking part status against recovery plans, and making improvement recommendations regarding processes related to parts and tools.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Expedite and resolve production-related issues with upstream suppliers and downstream customers
  2. Coordinate support for internal business unit performance
  3. Oversight of parts and tool processing performance within the business unit
  4. Ensure cannibalization and credit & reissue activity is properly documented
  5. Act as primary interface to all business unit employees for RFID portal activities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in parts expediting or material functions
  • Knowledge of computer systems and associated equipment
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
