Director of Facilities and Operations Management

We are seeking an experienced Director of Facilities and Operations Management to join our team at Solomon Page. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and operating best-in-class solutions within employee support functions such as Security, Facilities, and Human Resources.
The estimated salary range for this position is $157-195k + discretionary bonus, depending on location and experience. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in corporate operations and management, who can identify gaps in existing processes and tools, build product roadmaps, and run programs to address prioritized gaps.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our business stakeholders to support processes such as employee onboarding & offboarding, new office build outs, occupancy management, employee & visitor management, emergency notification & evacuation processes, and general operations.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate operations and management, with a focus on identifying and addressing gaps in existing processes and tools. You will also have experience working with business stakeholders to support process improvements and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Implement and operate best-in-class solutions within employee support functions such as Security, Facilities, and Human Resources

- Run programs to implement and operate best-in-class solutions
Requirements
- 10+ years' technology experience required
- Technical subject matter expertise in applications and tooling supporting Facilities operations & management, Real Estate and Leasing management, Security operations & management, Environmental Health & Safety, and/or Human Resource support functions such as recruiting, learning & development, and HR business partner operations
- Process expertise and proven hands-on experience working with business stakeholders to support processes such as employee onboarding & offboarding, new office build outs,occupancy management, employee & visitor management, emergency notification & evacuation processes, and general operations
- Experience providing application support and maintenance including designing support models
- Expert in project management and product management
- Expert in business process design and re-design
