Position Overview

At Wallick Communities, we are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to contribute to the well-being of our residents. Your role is vital in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks in designated areas, including resident rooms and shared spaces.
  • Ensure proper placement of safety signage as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring tools and supplies are stored appropriately.
  • Communicate supply needs to your supervisor promptly.
  • Assist with laundry duties as required.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who possess strong customer service skills and demonstrate flexibility, compassion, and reliability. While prior experience in assisted living or memory care settings is advantageous, all candidates are encouraged to apply.

Essential Skills:
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with coworkers, residents, and their families.
  • Ability to make routine decisions with minimal judgment affecting the department.
