Your Role as a Housekeeper: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks in designated areas, including resident rooms and communal spaces.
- Ensure that appropriate safety signage is displayed as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper storage of tools and supplies.
- Communicate supply needs to your supervisor.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
- Carry out additional related tasks as assigned.
About You: You possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate flexibility, compassion, and reliability. Previous experience in assisted living or memory care settings is advantageous, but all candidates are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Effective communication skills with co-workers, residents, and their families.
- Ability to make routine decisions with minimal supervision.
