Your Role as a Housekeeper: You will carry out essential tasks to ensure the community is maintained in a clean, orderly, and appealing manner, providing residents with a safe and comfortable home.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily housekeeping duties in designated areas, including resident rooms and common spaces.
  • Ensure proper placement of caution and safety signage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper storage of tools and supplies.
  • Communicate supply needs to your supervisor.
  • Assist with laundry tasks as directed.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

About You: You possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate flexibility, compassion, and reliability. While prior experience in assisted living or memory care is advantageous, all candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with coworkers, residents, and their families.
  • Ability to make routine decisions with minimal judgment affecting internal departments.
