About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fill the position of Clinical Director at our Autism Center. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for championing clinical excellence, mentoring a dedicated team of professionals, and creating a culture where our clients and staff can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of BCBAs and other professionals to deliver high-quality clinical services to individuals with autism and their families.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services that align with our organization's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and other professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and autism treatment, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and programs.

Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field, with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a BCBA, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and developing clinical programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Excellent clinical skills, with a deep understanding of ABA and autism treatment.
