Status: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $77,000 - $96,969.60

Key Responsibilities:
The Clinical Educator will:
- Deliver clinical education and professional development services across the organization.
- Collaborate with the Director of Education to develop tailored learning strategies for adult learners.
- Assess the training needs of clinical staff and implement educational initiatives.
- Design and develop high-quality blended learning solutions utilizing various instructional methods.
- Create engaging learning materials and activities that enhance knowledge retention.
- Conduct evaluations of educational programs and provide mentorship to clinical staff.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years in nursing, with a preference for hospice or home health experience.
- Licensure: Current Colorado RN license and CPR certification required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move a minimum of 30 lbs. This position requires travel to various affiliate locations.
