Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Pharmacy Assistant Manager to join its team. As a key member of the pharmacy department, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing pharmacy services, developing and implementing policies, procedures, guidelines, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Director to develop and implement strategic plans for the pharmacy department
- Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff to ensure excellent patient care and service
- Participate in pharmacy and patient care committees to contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Clinical pharmacy experience, with management experience preferred
