About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Maintenance Technician to join our team at HNI Workplace Furnishings. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks related to the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment, plant facilities, and environmental systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and specialized equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, power transmission, lubrication, and pumps systems.
  • Repair, install, and troubleshoot instrument and vision systems.
  • Perform piping and plumbing tasks.
  • Apply electrical theory and mechanical operations to resolve issues.
  • Maintain and repair motors, automation, and robotics systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial or military setting, with a focus on electro-mechanical maintenance, electrical and power distribution, electronics, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical equipment, motor controls, drives, and programmable controllers.
  • Pass pre-employment drug testing.
  • Pass a 7-year criminal background check.
