Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Elmington Property Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the entire maintenance process for our properties in Nashville, TN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical condition of our properties is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance process, including ordering supplies, diagnosing maintenance problems, and performing service requests.
  • Supervise the workflow for the service staff and delegate workload to staff.
  • Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
  • Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
  • Perform service requests correctly and promptly.
  • Operate computers and other technological devices to access email and company-utilized software.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of property maintenance and/or maintenance experience.
  • EPA/HVAC/CPO certification preferred/required.
  • Effective communication.
  • Maintain the physical condition of the property.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools.
  • Building maintenance and repairs.
  • Responding to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
  • Accurately reporting all time worked by clocking in before beginning to work and out only when done working.
  • Following all company policies and procedures.
