The General Manager at Gravity Haus is tasked with overseeing the comprehensive management and operational excellence of the hotel. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial viability and operational integrity of all hotel activities. The General Manager also serves as the representative of the hotel and the brand in interactions with local businesses, industry stakeholders, and government entities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire team, ensuring high performance in all areas including Dryland and Haus Quiver operations.
  • Drive local membership growth and retention, while enhancing guest satisfaction and quality of events.
  • Maintain established cost and revenue targets, with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster a challenging yet rewarding work environment that encourages multitasking and prioritization.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of hotel management.
