Job Summary

As a Housekeeping Professional with Compass Group, North America, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our establishments, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by attending to the needs of our guests with attention to detail.
  • Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies, and shampoo carpets and upholstery as needed.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures, and clean metal surfaces.
  • Empty and clean trash containers, and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
  • Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers, and wipe down glass surfaces.
  • Make up beds and change linens as required, and realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layouts.
  • Respond to guest queries and requests, and address any housekeeping issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional team environment, and perform other duties as assigned.
