Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Gentle Dental. As a key member of our oral healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for oral healthcare, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including routine cleanings, exams, and treatments
- Conduct thorough oral health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Pay is a combination of hourly rate and production bonuses with an expected total comp in the range of $65 - $70 per hour
