Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Gentle Dental. As a key member of our oral healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional, lifelong, integrated oral healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and education.
  2. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  3. Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest oral healthcare techniques and technologies.
  5. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
  • A current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment).
  • Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a combination of hourly rate and production bonuses, with an expected total comp in the range of $65 - $70 per hour.
