Custodian South Los Angeles and South Bay Position

VOALA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities in South Los Angeles and South Bay. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for performing daily janitorial duties, including cleaning, restocking, and minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the interior and exterior of the facility, including building, parking lot, and grounds, in good condition
- Perform daily cleaning of assigned areas using various cleaning products
- Restock bathrooms and maintain cleanliness and order of store rooms
- Assist in minor repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, interior painting, and landscape and irrigation systems
- Follow daily checklist provided by supervisor and report any safety concerns or deficiencies to management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience cleaning high foot traffic areas and bathrooms, or similar building maintenance experience
- Ability to understand how to safely work with caustic chemicals and cleaning materials
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
